§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether, in view of the additional information supplied to him by the hon. Member for West Ham, North, showing that no company reports or accounts have been published by Dollar Land Holdings Limited since 1968 and that the auditors refuse to sign the 1968 accounts, he will now agree to have an inquiry into the affairs of this company.
§ Mr. RidleyI do not at present think that inspectors should be appointed. On 7th December, 1970, the company circulated accounts for the year to 31st December, 1968, together with notice of the Annual General Meeting called for 30th December, 1970. At that meeting the accounts were adopted.
