Mr. Waddingtonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has received with regard to the imposition of a 50 miles per hour speed limit on the Padiham to Barrowfield bypass in North-East Lancashire; and what action he proposes to take in the light of such representations.
§ Mr. PeytonLancashire County Council have submitted a proposal for a 50 miles per hour limit which is now being considered.
