§ Mr. NobleThe provision of the new runway and terminal building at Turn-house Airport is subject to planning permission and land purchase and these make it impossible to forecast precise dates for the completion of the developments. The first objective is to secure completion of the new runway but it is unlikely that this would be possible before the summer of 1974.
