§ Mr. NobleFor reasons which I am sure are known to my hon. Friend imports of Romanian oil into the United Kingdom are not allowed at present. Firms which negotiate compensation trade contracts with Romanian organisations are free to include purchases of oil for sale in other countries but this is a matter for them.
