Mr. SharpiesIn accordance with the published Immigration Rules (Commonwealth Immigrants Acts 1962 and 1968: Instructions to Immigration Officers, Cmnd. 4298) a Commonwealth citizen is required to have an entry certificate if seeking admission for settlement as the husband, wife, child, dependent relative or fiance of a resident.
