§ Mr. Michael HeseltineManchester City Council is seeking to use 13.6 acres of land at Moston Brook for refuse disposal purposes. It has submitted a compulsory purchase order to my right hon. Friend for confirmation. As a result of objections made to the order a local inquiry was held on 15th December, 1970. My right hon. Friend is awaiting the inspector's report.
