HC Deb 04 August 1971 vol 822 c348W
Mr. Wilkinson

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will make a statement on the progress to date of the Four-Power talks on Berlin.

Mr. Anthony Royle

We and our Allies continue to work for an agreement which would make practical improvements in the Berlin situation, and would be in the interests of all concerned. We remain of the view that with patience and perseverance this can be achieved.
