§ Mr. Geoffrey Finsbergasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, in view of the fact that 231W the Tanzanian Government has repudiated its legal and moral obligation to pay pensions to former servants of the Zanzibar Government, if he will take over immediately the responsibility of paying such pensions and deduct the money from any aid payments which may be made to Tanzainia.
