§ Mr. RipponI attended a Western European Union meeting in The Hague, and discussed with Netherlands Ministers questions relating to the European Economic Community enlargement negotiations. Details of both the Western European Union meeting and my discussions with Netherlands Ministers are confidential. My Press statement on 20th April, covered, in broad terms, my discussions with Netherlands Ministers and after it I answered questions on the possibility of an Anglo-French summit, on Concorde, nuclear matters, sterling and European defence capability.
