§ Mr. Anthony RoyleThe 18th round of Ambassadorial talks was held in Berlin on 16th April. Although there is still a wide gap between the Russian and Western positions, Her Majesty's Government believe that with patience and perseverance it ought to be possible to get an agreement acceptable to all concerned.
