§ Mr. Bishopasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he is aware of the concern caused by the non-transferability of private occupational pension rights when workers change their jobs; and if he will take steps to secure transferability in order to encourage greater mobility of labour and to give security to workers in later years.
§ Mr. DeanWe are preparing detailed proposals for legislation on the preservation of occupational pension rights which we will be discussing with representatives of occupational pension schemes and others concerned.
