50. Mr. John Hall

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if to facilitate the entry of Commonwealth visitors, he will establish special passport control points at ports of entry for those possessing documentary proof that they will be returning to their country of origin within three months.

No. I do not believe that such an arrangement would be practicable.
