§ Mr. Peter ThomasThe bridge is the joint responsibility of the Flintshire and Denbighshire County Councils as highway authorities. When the two councils have agreed on a suitable by-pass scheme, including a new bridge, I will immediately consider its inclusion in the road programme. In the meantime, the bridge is considered to be structurally safe for the traffic using it.
