§ 19. Mr. Juddasked the Minister of State for Defence whether he will make a statement on the future of the Dockyard Incentive Bonus Scheme.
§ Mr. KirkThe future of the Dockyard Incentive Bonus Scheme will be considered during forthcoming negotiations with the trade unions and in connection with the second round of negotiations on productivity bargaining. A claim for an increase in the current scale of bonus payments is currently under consideration on the Shipbuilding Trades Joint Council.
