(2) what survey his Department has made into the benefits, in terms of road safety, of headlighting systems which incorporate the twin-filament tungsten halogen quartz iodine for car headlamps.
§ Mr. PeytonWork at the Road Research Laboratory confirms that tungsten halogen lamps are brighter. But brighter lamps cause more dazzle if they are not correctly aimed.
