§ Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what sum out of the total 1974–75 transport programme of £1,182 million, as stated in the White Paper, Command Paper No. 4515, New Policies for Public Spending, has been allocated to British Railways, directly or through the passenger transport authorities, as Exchequer aid for uneconomic rail passenger services.
