§ Mr. van StraubenzeeA number of the staff of the Department and of Her Majesty's Inspectorate are involved in questions of computer education as one aspect of the educational programme. The Computer Board for Universities and Research Councils, which now advises the Government on university requirements for computers for teaching as well as for research, is assisted by a secretariat of seven members of the Department's staff.
