§ Mr. Chapmanasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what action the Government propose to take with regard to the communiqué issued by the Council of Europe Working Conference for the European Youth foundation meeting on 8th and 9th January, 1970.
§ Mr. Anthony RoyleAs envisaged at the meeting in January, there have been further discussions in the Council of Europe of the proposal for a European Youth Foundation. A number of fundamental questions, including the sphere of action of such a Foundation and the basis on which its funds would be contributed and administered have still to be settled.
