§ Mr. HigginsThe United Kingdom is paying today to the International Monetary Fund a subscription of £150 million corresponding to the United Kingdom's increased quota. £112,500,000 is being paid in sterling, and £37,500,000 in gold from the reserves. The larger quota increases the United Kingdom's drawing rights by £187,500,000.
