asked the Minister of State for Defence when he will implement the weekly productivity bonus of £3 2s. and the lump sum back-payment of £20 for industrial workers in Portsmouth Dockyard proposed as a result of negotiations at the Portsmouth Dockyard joint Productivity Consultation Committee.
