HC Deb 12 November 1970 vol 806 cc229-30W
Mr. Oswald

asked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he is aware that over 5,000 blind persons are members of trade unions in this country; and if he will cause to be transcribed into Braille the Industrial Relations Bill consultative document to enable such blind persons to have first-hand knowledge of the contents of the proposed legislation.

Mr. Bryan

I am grateful to the hon. Member for this suggestion but the Industrial Relations Bill is now shortly to be published. I shall bear the suggestion in mind for any future appropriate matter.
