HC Deb 10 November 1970 vol 806 c122W
Mr. William Hamilton

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware of complaints made by certain members of the Stornoway Town Council that the mail steamer "Loch Seaforth", serving Stornoway from the mainland ports of Kyle and Mallaig, is in an unseaworthy state; and what action he intends to take.

Mr. Gordon Campbell

I am assured by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry that these complaints are without foundation.
