HC Deb 09 November 1970 vol 806 c23W
Mr. Nicholas Edwards

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what request he has received to use the premises at Sealyham, Pembrokeshire, as temporary accommodation for housing the mentally handicapped in South West Wales; and what action he proposes to take.

Mr. Peter Thomas

My hon. Friend sent me such a request from the Haverfordwest and Area Society for Mentally Handicapped Children. The premises had by that time been sold, but it would have been uneconomic to bring them up to the standard necessary.
