HC Deb 04 November 1970 vol 805 c398W
Mr. Stratton Mills

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what arrangements have been made to secure co-ordination with the Northern Ireland Government on matters arising in the Common Market negotiations having special reference to that part of the United Kingdom; and whether officials from Northern Ireland will accompany the British delegation.

Mr. Rippon

I have already had talks in London with Northern Ireland Ministers on aspects of Britain's entry into the European Communities, which are of concern to Northern Ireland. There is continuing contact between Northern Ireland officials and Whitehall Departments.
