Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Prime Minister if, in addition to Departmental responsibility for primary and secondary education which it is proposed to transfer to the Welsh Office, he will, in the interests of co-ordinating educational functions in Wales, transfer to the Welsh Office responsibility for further education as well.
