Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions he has now had with the illegal Smith régime or persons going to see Mr. Smith on behalf or with the approval of Her Majesty's Government; and whether he will make a statement.
