§ Mr. Anthony RoyleArms supplied by this country during the civil war were provided on a normal commercial basis, at no cost to Her Majesty's Government. Aid for the direct relief of suffering connected with the war, over and above our normal aid programme to Nigeria, has totalled £3,608,000 so far.
