HC Deb 28 May 1970 vol 801 c491W
Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Attorney-General why he will not give, for the longest convenient stated period of time, the number of occasions when he has received requests from the public, Members of Parliament and police to prosecute persons for alleged contraventions of the Official Secrets Act on prima facie evidence supplied to him.

The Solicitor-General:

I have been asked to reply.

I have nothing to add to the reply given by my right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General on 30th April.—[Vol. 800, c. 382.]
