§ Mr. Robert Howarthasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, in view of the distress caused to relations by such cases, he will refer the action of a publishing company, whose name has been sent to him, which has sent offensive material through the post addressed to the husband of a constituent of the hon. Member for Bolton, East, although he died two and a half years ago, to the Committee on Privacy with a request for an interim report.
§ Mr. Merlyn Rees:Details of complaints of this kind shall be included in the Home Office evidence to the Committee on Privacy. The submission of an interim report is a matter for the committee itself.
