HC Deb 15 May 1970 vol 801 cc376-7W
Miss Devlin

asked the Secretary of State for Defence what negotiations for the sale of 34 houses in Clooney Park South, Londonderry, which are the property of the Ministry of Defence, have taken place between his Department and the former Londonderry Corporation; how many the corporation bought of these houses; and what negotiations are currently taking place with the Londonderry Commission for the sale of these houses for public use.

Mr. Hattersley:

Negotiations to sell these houses to the Londonderry Development Commission broke down in September, 1969. None has been sold. There are no current negotiations to sell them.
