§ Mr. Barnesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will now say when the inquiry into the Greater London Development Plan will open.
§ Mr. Greenwood:The inquiry will formally open on 7th July, 1970, with a short session to deal with procedural matters only. The main inquiry will start on 6th October, 1970.
The inquiry will be held at County Hall, which has been made available by courtesy of the Greater London Council, for the early stages of the inquiry in July and in the autumn of this year. Notices giving details of the inquiry arrangements will be sent to individual objectors shortly.
