§ Mr. Bessellasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what proposals he has for giving additional assistance to farmers with less than 50 acres of arable land in Cornwall.
§ Mr. Cledwyn Hughes:The full range of agricultural grants and subsidies and the assistance of the advisory services are available to any farm business providing a full-time livelihood. I have no proposals for changing these arrangements. The new grants which this Government have introduced to encourage co-operation can be of particular help to small farmers.
