HC Deb 14 May 1970 vol 801 c347W
65. Mr. Kelley

asked the Attorney-General if he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions the unsolicited distribution of a leaflet advertising a book about unusual sexual activities, a copy of which has been sent to him by the hon. Member for Don Valley, because of the annoyance it has caused to some recipients and the dangers of arousing carnal curiosity in the young.

The Attorney-General:

If my hon. Friend will let me have details of the circumstances of the distribution of this leaflet, I will consider the matter.
