§ Sir B. Rhys Williamsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department on how many occasions vehicles belonging to the Bulgarian Embassy have infringed parking regulations in the past year.
§ Mr. Elystan Morgan:According to police records, during the 12 months up to 31st March last 768 fixed penalty notices were issued but subsequently cancelled on grounds of the diplomatic immunity of members of this Mission.
