asked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity how many building and construction workers in Scotland were unemployed at the most recent date for which information is available; what percentage this represents of all building and construction workers in Scotland; and if she will give the numbers and percentage unemployed at the same date in each of the previous six years.
