§ Mr. Hobdenasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity what was the total number of people placed in employment vacancies in Brighton by her Department in the year ended 31st March, 1970.
§ Mr. Dell:Between 6th March, 1969, and 4th March, 1970, 12,671 persons were placed in employment in Brighton and Hove, Lewes, Newhaven and Shoreham by employment exchanges and youth employment service careers offices. Of these, 9,582 were in the Brighton and Hove area.
