§ Mr. Ross:Since October, 1964, 13 new hospitals have been started in Scotland. The numbers of such starts in the preceding periods of 5½ years were 11 (March. 1969-September, 1964) 7 (September, 1953-March, 1959) and 1 (started in 1952). The estimated total cost of the major schemes at these hospitals started since October, 1964, is £33 million,
