Sir Ian Orr-Ewing

asked the Minister of Technology what was the original estimated total cost, to Great Britain and France, of the development of the Sud 341, Sud 330 and WG 13 helicopters, separately; and what is the latest estimated cost for development and research of each helicopter.

Mr. Carmichael:

It is not normal practice to disclose estimates of the cost of developing new military aircraft.

asked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity when the review of the seasonal adjustment to the unemployment series will be published.

Mr. Dell:

An article describing the new method of seasonally adjusting the unemployment series is included in the April issue of the Employment and Productivity Gazette.

I regret that, because of an industrial dispute at the printers, publication of this issue has been delayed, and it is not yet known when it will be published. I have therefore today placed manuscript
