§ 28. Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Local Government and Regional Planning if he will consult with the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs regarding the creation of an expert working group under the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development on problems of pollution, with a view to harmonising national policies in this field.
§ Mr. Crosland:The O.E.C.D. has for some time had several expert working groups on the scientific aspects of pollution. The organisation is now preparing, with our full participation, to undertake important new work on the economic aspects.
