§ THE LORD PRIVY SEAL (LORD SHACKLETON)Yes, My Lords, the N.B.P.I., in its Report No. 107 (Grind. 3970), recommended revised salaries for the Chairmen and members of nationalised industry boards and proposed that these should be introduced in three stages: on April 1, 1969, April 1, 1970, and April 1, 1971.
