§ Mr. Brooksasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, in view of East Germany's special relationship with the European Economic Community, as defined in a protocol to the Treaty of Rome, he proposes to discuss the future of British trade with East Germany during his impending discussions over possible British entry to the European Economic Community.
