§ Mr. David Howellasked the Minister of Transport how many weeks before the public inquiry into the proposed A3 Burpham/Ladymead diversion on 12th May he will be publishing details of the estimated costs of the alternative outer route and the traffic census figures relating both to the proposed route and the alternative.
