§ Mr. CroslandI am glad to be able to tell the House that Mr. F. H. B. W. Layfield, Q.C. has accepted an invitation to act as Chairman. I hope to be able to announce shortly the names of the members of the Panel, the assessors and the Secretary to the Panel. I expect the public inquiry to begin early in the autumn.
