§ 26. Mr. Pardoeasked the Minister of Transport what representations he has received from the St. Columb Chamber of Commerce concerning the provision of double yellow lines in St. Columb; and if he will hold a local public inquiry into the matter.
Mr. Bob BrownThe chamber wrote to the Department on 9th December asking how they could object to a proposal to impose waiting restrictions on the trunk road. They were advised to await the formal publication of the proposals, which is likely to take place in the near future. The question of a public inquiry will depend on the evidence before us, including the nature of any objections received.
