§ Mr. Eadieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will arrange to obtain the number of stated cases asked for by county assessors in pursuance of the Rating and Valuation Act in each year from 1960 to the nearest available date, each county separately, and the total cost in legal expenses to the counties annually arising from such actions.
