Mr. Robert Cookeasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity why her Department has delayed the issue of a work permit to Mr. Robert Lawrence Banner, an Australian citizen now resident in Paris but who was employed for three years in the United Kingdom and has now a definite offer of future employment in the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. DellThe delay was due to inquiries necessary to establish Mr. Banner's eligibility for a Category B voucher. The voucher was issued on 11th March.
