§ Sir R. Russellasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will give the names and addresses of the research establishments of the Medical Research Council which carry out work aimed at the development of alternatives to experiments on living animals.
§ Mr. FowlerM.R.C. staff always have in mind, in the course of their own researches, the possibility of developing suitable alternatives to animals for experimental purposes. Such developments may therefore arise in virtually any of the Council's research establishments listed and described in the published M.R.C. Annual Report.
