§ Mr. CrossmanThe Green Paper stated the Government's decision that, in general, the numbers and boundaries of area health authorities will be the same as for the new local authorities, including the metropolitan districts. Until I have received comments on the Green Paper and have had full consultations, I cannot say whether the Isle of Wight should conform to the general rule.
