Mr. Brooks

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, as part of the negotiations for British entry into the European Economic Community he will discuss the possibility of establishing a European clearing system for balancing trade surpluses and deficits, particularly with the Comecon States.
