asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science how many maintained and non-maintained special schools, respectively, in the categories of blind, partially sighted, deaf, partially hearing, physically handicapped, delicate, maladjusted, educationally subnormal, epileptic, and speech defect have been in existence for periods of less than 10
